Questions
Is this legally binding?
It creates a signed, timestamped electronic record: the signer's typed name, their drawn signature, the time in UTC, their IP address and a hash of exactly what they saw. Laws on electronic signatures and change orders vary by state. This is not legal advice. Ask your attorney or licensing board what your state requires.
Does my customer need an app or an account?
No. They open the link in their phone's browser, type their name, sign with a finger and tap Approve. They can download their copy of the PDF right away.
Can I change a change order after I send it?
No. Sending freezes it so the customer signs exactly what you sent. To change it, void it and send a new one. Voided change orders still count toward the free 3.
What happens to my data?
Your jobs, change orders, photos and signed PDFs are stored on Cloudflare. There is no login. Your private dashboard link is the key, so keep it to yourself. Anyone with a signing link can see that one change order.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel any time and you keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. If you were charged by mistake, reply to your receipt within 14 days and we refund it.
